Experience with a journalist

With regards to Indian Independence Day we had expert talk and programs.

Our guest was Mathu Saji journalist in Mathrubhumi News. Her speech was related to media and current problems that we face. After that we had cultural programs which arouse a sense of patriotism.🇮🇳

A day for aerobics.

The day started with prayer in chapel followed by yoga session by George sir. We practiced pranayamam.  Then we had class of Joju sir on achievement test and its characteristics. After lunch, George sir taught us on long jump, high jump, and pole jump. Later, we had aerobic training which was the most interesting session for all students.
